These terms describe how Four M Bookkeeping provides bookkeeping services to its clients. By submitting a request through this website or engaging our services, you agree to the terms below.
Services
Four M Bookkeeping provides monthly bookkeeping, cleanup and catch-up bookkeeping, and QuickBooks consulting. Every engagement begins with a review of your books and a clear, written scope of work. Pricing is based on your transaction volume and complexity, not a fixed package, and is confirmed in a quote before work begins.
Engagement and fees
Monthly bookkeeping is billed monthly, and quarterly bookkeeping is available at 75% of the quoted monthly rate, billed quarterly. There are no contracts and no long-term commitments. Either party may cancel the ongoing relationship by providing 30 days written notice to the other, so a final month can be completed and any open items wrapped up cleanly. Cleanup work is quoted separately and never bundled into the monthly fee.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, timely access to your QuickBooks accounts and records so the work can be completed correctly. You are responsible for the accuracy of the source documents and information you share. Four M Bookkeeping is a bookkeeping service and does not provide tax, audit, or attestation services.
Confidentiality
We treat your financial information as confidential and use it only to perform the agreed bookkeeping work. We do not share your information with third parties except as required to complete the work or as required by law.
